Arsenal and Tottenham can now offer European football to their targets, with the Gunners set to sign Willian on a free transfer and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang likely to pen a new contract, while Tottenham will complete a deal for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

Sancho deadline looming
Manchester United have made Jadon Sancho their absolute summer transfer window target, but could be running out of time to finalise a deal.
Borussia Dortmund are demanding £108million for a player who scored 20 goals and provided 18 assists last season.
Stay or go, Dortmund want Sancho’s future resolved before pre-season for the new Bundesliga campaign begins.
So, United have been handed a deadline of August 10.
But Ed Woodward and Solskjaer refuse to be rushed in negotiations over a deal which would break the club’s transfer record. United are reluctant to pay more than £70m for any player this summer, with Dortmund’s price likely to be reached with a number of add-ons.
Leeds weighing up Holding move?
The Mail say Leeds are considering making a move for Arsenal defender Rob Holding this summer.
Marcelo Bielsa’s priority is to get a deal done for Brighton centre-back Ben White, who excelled on loan at Elland Road in the Championship this season. However, the report claims that Holding is one of the men he could move for if that move falls through.
