The Premier League and EFL have announced that a 10-week transfer window will be open between July 27-October 5. There will be an additional domestic-only window, when Premier League clubs can deal exclusively with EFL clubs between October 5-16.
The transfer window in Germany is already open, Spain opens on August for and Italy not until September 1 – they all close on October 5 – the same day as in England.

It looked like Dani Ceballos was set to re-join Arsenal next season, but Real Madrid now appear to be willing to give the Spaniard a chance to impress at the Bernabeu.
Publication AS claim that Zinedine Zidane ‘believes Ceballos is capable of making an impact’ at the club and could be viewed as a long-term replacement for Luca Modric.
The 24-year-old would reportedly welcome a return to the LaLiga giants, but he will want to be guaranteed of game time with the European Championship taking place next summer.
🤝 DONE DEAL! SPURS AND SOUTHAMPTON SWAP PLAYERS
Tottenham have signed midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg on a five-year deal from Southampton.
The 25-year-old has joined for an undisclosed fee, thought to be an initial £15million, having signalled his desire to work under Jose Mourinho, and become’s the club’s first summer signing.
A separate £12million deal for Spurs right-back Kyle Walker-Peters, who spent the second half of last season on loan at St Mary’s, to join the Saints has also been concluded.

📝 SADLIER MAKES SOUTH YORKSHIRE SWITCH
Rotherham have signed winger Kieran Sadlier on a two-year deal.
The 25-year-old turned down a new deal at Doncaster after finishing the season as their top scorer with 11 goals and six assists.
Sadlier had arrived at Rovers following impressive spells in the League of Ireland Premier Division with Cork City and Sligo Rovers.
Millers boss Paul Warne told the club’s website: “I think he was one of the outstanding players in the league. Wingers are a dying breed with the way we want to play so he’s always been on my radar.
“I watched Doncaster live more than any other club last year, it helps that I live five minutes from the ground but I did watch him no end. He can play with both feet, as a 10 and on either wing. He’s at a good age and a good kid.”
