EURO 2020 qualifying draw, RECAP – England handed favourable draw as Republic of Ireland escape group of death against Holland and Germany
The qualifying draw for Euro 2020 took place in Dublin on Friday, handing England a favourable group to reach the pan-European showpiece.
England were the first name to be read out after qualifying as a top seed by reaching the semi-finals of the Nations League last month.
Gareth Southgate’s side will face Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Montenegro and Kosovo in their quest to reach Euro 2020.
