Chelsea are back in Premier League action this afternoon as they take on Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
After their Carabao Cup loss to Spurs and the draw with West Brom, the Blues need to get back to winning ways.
Frank Lampard will be able to welcome back one of his key men, however Hakim Ziyech is not going to be fit enough to be in the squad.
“Pulisic is in the squad tomorrow,” Lampard said in his pre-match press conference.
“He won’t start the match because of the injury he has had and it has been a difficult injury. I am very keen to get him back in there so it is great to have him back, he is an important player for us.
“Hakim Ziyech is getting closer but not quite fit enough to be on the bench.”
Edouard Mendy could make his first Premier League start for the Blues after a decent debut on Tuesday night.
Meanwhile, Ben Chilwell is also set to start his first league match for Chelsea having come through the contest against Spurs.
At the back, despite a difficult first half at West Brom, Thiago Silva and Andreas Christensen could partner each other again.
N’Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic could start in the middle of the park, with Kai Havertz playing ahead of them in the number 10 role.
Mason Mount could feature off the left, while Callum Hudson-Odoi has done enough to prove he should start on the other wing.
Up top, Timo Werner could have his favoured place back, which would mean Tammy Abraham slips to the bench.
Predicted Chelsea team: Mendy; James, Christensen, T.Silva, Chilwell; Kante, Kovacic; Hudson-Odoi, Havertz, Mount; Werner.
