The promising box-to-box midfield player, who featured alongside outcast Danny Rose during the match, turned the ball in from the first corner of the 90 minutes.
Still only 16-years-old, notching in a goal for the U23s team has prompted a reaction from Gold who felt it necessary to share this ‘interesting’ news with Tottenham supporters – with it being safe to say the club have a promising starlet on their hands.

Transfer Tavern take
Putting pen to paper on a £500,000 deal from Wigan Athletic after the League One side entered administration, Daniel Levy pounced on an opportunity to land a player who could hold a very high ceiling.
The teenager has been likened to Premier League legends Patrick Vieira and Steven Gerrard for possessing a similar playing style to the duo (Spurs Web).
As explained by the media, his box-to-box style and never-ending energy marks him out as a raw talent who could one day become a first team regular under manager Jose Mourinho.
Whether or not Spurs will see a senior debut for Devine any time soon remains to be seen, but after his return from injury, the sky could be the limit.
